BUILDING THE FUTURE: YPP KADUNA TRAINS YOUTHS ON CVR AND MEMBERSHIP DRIVE FOR A PROGRESSIVE NIGERIA
The Young Progressives Party (YPP), Kaduna State Chapter, today organized a one-day intensive training session focused on membership drive, pre-registration of eligible voters, transfer of voter cards, and awareness campaigns for citizens to actively participate in the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise.
The training brought together party officials, youth leaders, and ward coordinators from across the state to strengthen YPP’s grassroots structure and boost citizens’ political participation.
In his address, the Chairman of YPP Kaduna State, Mall. Mikailu Abubakar, described YPP as a party of progressive minded people with a clear ideology and vision to lead Nigeria to the Promised Land.
He added that the Young Progressives Party stands for integrity, inclusiveness, innovation, and service to humanity, calling on Nigerians especially the youth to seize the opportunity of the ongoing voter registration to register, transfer, or update their PVCs and align with YPP for a new kind of leadership.
The event also featured practical sessions on digital voter pre-registration and discussions on effective grassroots mobilization strategies ahead of future elections.
The YPP Kaduna leadership reaffirmed its commitment to building a vibrant political platform that empowers young Nigerians to take the lead in shaping the nation’s democratic future.
